A busy couple of months...

We've had a busy couple of months for a newly married couple. We've had a few weddings, completed some work on the house, had a couple of weekends at the lake, spent some time with family, & survived a WSP show in Charlotte.

Rachel's cousin Page was married on June 21st, and our good friend Meredith was married on July 19th. Both weddings were beautiful and so much fun. Here are some pictures from both of those weekends.

A couple of Saturdays ago, Rachel came up with the grand idea to pressure wash the deck. Luckily, it started raining and she was not able to follow through with her plan. Unfortunately the rain didn't last long and Sunday was a beautiful day-- Parks was deadset on doing it. It was a long and tedious day, but it was worth it in the end. Finley was not a big fan of the pressure washer, but enjoyed us spending the day in the backyard with him. We ended up staining & treating the deck and are very happy that it's done!

The Webb-Duncan family came together for the annual lake weekend the last weekend in July. All of the family travelled to Lake Bowen for some swimming, jet skis, boat rides, and tubing. My uncle Robert and cousin Dan cooked up some Frogmore Stew for lunch and it was great!

After lunch on Saturday, we travelled to Charlotte for the WSP concert. Rachel, Parks, Corbin (cousin), Russ (brother), and Wheelz (Hunter- Russ' friend) piled into the 4-Runner and headed to the concert. We had an awesome time, but I really felt the pain the next couple of days. Natalie (cousin) & Gini (sister-in-law) went to see Avenue Q, and the little gals stayed at home.
